Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Zoho Directory!

An employee account is created, activated or removed from a group, and the right person needs a clear notification without another manual IT task. Zoho Directory can start a Zap when a user is created, added to a group, deactivated or activated. Mobile Message can send a plain text alert to an employee, manager or administrator.

Use User Created to send onboarding instructions or confirm that an account is ready. User Added to Group can notify someone about access to a team resource, while User Deactivated can alert an administrator that access has changed. User Activated is useful for confirming that a returning employee can log in again. If a staff member replies to an SMS, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Zoho Directory’s Update User action when the reply supplies information your directory process can accept.

The connection is made through Zapier and does not create a native two-way directory sync. Choose the Zoho Directory event, map the available user information and select the Mobile Message action that fits the notification. Keep access information general in SMS and avoid including passwords or sensitive credentials. Test each event with a controlled account before activating the workflow. This gives IT teams a faster notification path around routine identity administration while leaving account management in Zoho Directory.
