Payroll teams often work to a fixed timetable, so a new employee, absence or payroll record can require attention at a precise moment. Zenegy can start a Zapier workflow from New Employee, New Absence, New Mileage or New Payroll. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to a manager, administrator or employee using the details supplied by the event.

A New Payroll trigger could notify an internal team that a payroll run has been created, while New Absence could alert a manager to review staffing information. New Employee can provide a useful prompt to complete onboarding tasks, subject to the phone details and message permissions available in your workflow. These alerts can reduce the need to watch Zenegy continuously for every new record.

Zenegy remains the salary and registration system, and Mobile Message sends the selected text through Zapier. The connection does not synchronise payroll data or update both services.
