When I Work SMS Integration

Rosters change, shifts get swapped, and someone always finds out too late that they were meant to be on the floor at nine. Chasing that person down by phone or hoping they check a group chat wastes time that a manager doesn't have. When I Work exists to stop that chase, keeping schedules, availability and staff communication in one place so managers aren't relying on sticky notes to get the message across to a growing team.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, the parts of When I Work exposed for automation are limited to adding a new user and making a general API request, so there isn't yet a way to trigger a text from a shift change or a schedule update directly. Teams already running staff communication through When I Work can still add a new employee, manager or supervisor record from a Zap, and reach for Mobile Message separately for texting outside the roster, such as a supplier confirming a delivery or a customer chasing a booking.
