AvaHR SMS Integration

Hiring teams using AvaHR often move candidates through several stages while managing job posts, questionnaires, and internal decisions. A candidate may complete a questionnaire or move stage while the recruiter is handling another applicant, so a useful update can wait longer than intended. Through Zapier, AvaHR events can start Mobile Message actions and give candidates or hiring staff a timely SMS.

Use Candidate Completed a Questionnaire to acknowledge receipt, New Candidate to send an agreed introduction, or Updated Candidate Stage to notify someone about the next step. Mobile Message can send the text, create the candidate as a contact, or add them to a list for a defined recruitment workflow. AvaHR’s Add Candidate Note, Share Candidate, and Move Candidate to Stage actions can be started by an inbound Mobile Message text when that creates a meaningful internal outcome. This does not make hiring decisions, update both systems automatically, or synchronise candidate profiles. You set the trigger, recipient, message, and mapped fields in Zapier, while Mobile Message delivers the plain-text communication selected for your process.
