Mobile Message can Send SMS or Send SMS to List after Candidate Finished Personality fires. A coordinator might receive a reminder to check the results, or a hiring panel might receive a short update that an assessment is ready. The text can include the candidate's name and a link to the relevant internal process if those values are available in the trigger. This avoids relying on someone to repeatedly check the UNLOCK Personality portal.

UNLOCK Personality also lists Create Personality Test, but that action is not usually a useful response to an inbound Mobile Message event. The strongest connection therefore starts with the completed test and sends a clear operational alert.
