Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with UniDesk!

A support agent is resolving a ticket while the customer waits for confirmation, or checking an asset back into inventory while another system still needs to be told. UniDesk can provide the event that starts a Mobile Message SMS, reducing the manual chase between helpdesk work and customer communication.

Use Ticket Resolved to send a plain-text resolution notice, or Asset Checked Out to text a user with equipment details. New Asset can trigger Create Contact when an asset record includes a person who needs future messages. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run UniDesk’s Create Ticket action, so a customer’s text becomes a support ticket your team can work from. These workflows are configured through Zapier and run in one direction per Zap. They do not maintain a two-way ticket or asset sync. Select the UniDesk event or Mobile Message trigger that fits the process, map the available fields and test the result. The outcome is visible to customers or agents, whether that means a confirmation text or a new ticket in UniDesk.
