Truffle SMS Integration

A candidate who finishes a Truffle interview may be waiting for confirmation while your hiring team reviews the shortlist. Truffle’s Interview Completed trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, helping acknowledge the candidate or notify a recruiter that the interview is ready for review.

The same event can create a contact in Mobile Message or add a candidate to a selected list when the interview data includes the required mobile details. Truffle’s Invite a Candidate to a Job action can invite someone when another app starts a workflow, but the most direct candidate communication begins with Interview Completed. Use plain text for the message and map the role, candidate name and next step carefully. Zapier passes the selected Truffle event to one Mobile Message action. This does not produce a two-way candidate record, and an SMS reply does not automatically update Truffle. It simply removes a manual notification step at a useful point in the hiring process. Check your recruitment process and message permissions before enabling the Zap.
