A candidate starts their first day at a new placement and the recruitment team needs to acknowledge the milestone quickly. TriSys can use Candidate Check-In to trigger an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the candidate a useful welcome or giving a coordinator a prompt to follow up. This removes a manual chase at a point where timely contact matters.

TriSys also provides New Record, Updated Record and Authorised Timesheet. These events can trigger different SMS messages, such as a notice when a record is created or a timesheet is approved. Mobile Message can send SMS, create or update a contact, and add a contact to a list. A new candidate record can therefore create a Mobile Message contact, while an authorised timesheet can send an operational update. The workflows are one-directional and run through Zapier, not as a native two-way integration.

Choose the TriSys event that matters, map its available client or candidate fields, and select the Mobile Message action. Keep messages plain text and make sure your recruitment communications and consent process support the selected use.
