About the TrackingTime integration

Project managers often need to know when work is complete, a customer changes or a project moves forward, but that information may sit inside TrackingTime until someone checks it. TrackingTime offers triggers for completed tasks, updated projects, customers, tasks and time entries. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can turn the events that matter into a visible SMS for a client, manager or project list.

On Task Completed can send a customer a completion notice or alert a delivery team. Project Added / Updated can notify a responsible manager, while Customer Added / Updated can create a contact in Mobile Message for future messages. Time Entry Added / Updated can also send a practical alert when a tracked activity reaches a chosen condition, using filters in Zapier to avoid unnecessary texts.

TrackingTime’s Add Task, Add Project and Add Time Entry actions can be started by an inbound SMS where a message-led process is appropriate. Those are individual workflows, not automatic updates in both systems. Your team chooses the fields, recipients and conditions, while Mobile Message handles the SMS step.
