Tanda SMS Integration

When a new employee is created in Tanda, a Zap can text them a welcome message with the details they need before their first shift. None of this changes how Tanda itself manages rosters, leave or attendance. Tanda still holds the employee record, and Mobile Message only sends the text once Tanda reports that someone new has joined or finished onboarding.
