Freelancers, project leads and operations managers who run on Trackabi need visibility when work starts, clients arrive or leave is recorded. A new timesheet entry can be useful information, but it can also disappear among routine updates if nobody is watching the platform. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can turn selected Trackabi events into SMS alerts for the person responsible.

Use Trackabi’s New Time Entry trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to notify a manager that work has been logged. New Client can send a welcome or internal alert, while New Leave can notify a nominated recipient about an absence. New Project and New Task can also trigger messages when a team needs a prompt about newly created work. Choose only the events that need immediate attention so the SMS remains useful.

Trackabi’s actions can receive events from Mobile Message as well. For example, an inbound SMS could run Add Client when a new client’s details are provided through a defined process. Mobile Message can also send SMS to a list when Trackabi creates a project or member. These workflows are configured in Zapier and do not represent a native synchronised connection. Trackabi stores work information, while Mobile Message handles the selected communication.
