TimeKeeper SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TimeKeeper!

A manager may not notice an employee’s clock-in, clock-out or approved leave request until it affects the day’s staffing plan. TimeKeeper records these events, and Mobile Message can turn them into timely alerts through Zapier. A clock-in can notify a supervisor, while an approved leave request can prompt a practical message to the relevant team.

Use Employee Clock In for a start-of-shift notification or New Employee Clock Out when a manager needs confirmation that a shift has ended. Leave Request Approved can send an update to the employee or scheduling contact. The Who’s In event can also trigger an SMS containing the available attendance information when someone requests the current list of clocked-in staff.

TimeKeeper starts each Zap with the event you choose, and Mobile Message sends the selected text or performs another contact action. This does not replace TimeKeeper’s attendance records or create a two-way roster. It simply puts selected operational information where the recipient can see it promptly.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.

Yes. Employee Clock In can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS through Zapier. This can provide a start-of-shift alert to a selected supervisor, using the employee information available from TimeKeeper.

Can an approved leave request send an SMS?

Yes. Pair Leave Request Approved with Send SMS. The Zap can notify the employee or another selected recipient about the approval, provided the necessary contact details are available.

How do I connect TimeKeeper attendance events with Mobile Message?

Have TimeKeeper, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Select an attendance trigger such as Employee Clock In, choose a Mobile Message action, map the fields and test it. No code is required, and you can create separate Zaps for each event.
