TestDome SMS Integration

Recruiters using TestDome often wait for candidates to finish a work-sample test before deciding what happens next. TestDome can send a Candidate Completed event for any test, or a Candidate Completed event for a specific test, giving the hiring team a useful point to acknowledge the candidate or notify an internal contact. New Candidates can also start a workflow.

Through Zapier, a TestDome event can prompt Mobile Message to send an SMS, create a contact or add a candidate to a list. A completed test could trigger a short thank you and explain when the candidate can expect an update. A new candidate event can create a contact record, while a selected candidate list can be used for approved recruitment communications. TestDome’s Invite Candidate via Email action remains an email invitation, so it is not described as an SMS result here. The connection keeps testing in TestDome and uses Mobile Message for selected text notifications. It is configured in Zapier rather than operating as a native two-way integration.
