TalentDesk SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TalentDesk!

A freelancer responds to an invitation while a project coordinator is handling deadlines, budgets and onboarding tasks. TalentDesk can turn that invitation event into a Mobile Message SMS, so the relevant person receives a timely update without checking the workforce platform repeatedly. A new or updated user can also be recorded for future contact.

Through Zapier, TalentDesk can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action from Invitation Event, New/Updated User or Service Order Event. You can send an onboarding acknowledgement, notify a coordinator about a worksheet state change, or create a Mobile Message contact from a user update. The workflow is one-directional and uses the fields supplied by TalentDesk.

TalentDesk also includes Create Task and Update Project actions. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received can start one of those actions where an incoming text contains enough information for your project process. This is a configured Zapier workflow, not a native two-way connection, so map and test each field carefully.
