Use New Export as the TimeTackle trigger and Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to notify an accounts or project contact. The message can include the request details available to the Zap, giving the recipient a prompt to review the resulting calendar event data in TimeTackle. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run TimeTackle’s Export Calendar Events action when a colleague sends a text containing a suitable request.
