Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SuperOps MSP!

An MSP can lose time checking for every new ticket, client or invoice before notifying the right person. SuperOps MSP provides triggers for events such as Ticket Created, Ticket Reply Received, Client Created and Invoice Created. A Zapier workflow can pass those events to Mobile Message for a prompt SMS.

Text a client when a ticket is opened, notify a technician when a reply arrives or acknowledge a newly created client. You can also use Mobile Message to create contacts or add them to lists as SuperOps records appear. This gives service teams a practical alerting layer without asking them to monitor every queue continuously.

SuperOps MSP also offers actions such as Create Ticket, Update Ticket and Create Client. Those are useful for workflows started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger when an inbound text contains enough information for the selected SuperOps action. Each workflow remains one-directional and is configured separately in Zapier.
