Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ScalePad!

A new client, service contract or ticket can change what an MSP needs to communicate that day. ScalePad records those operational events, while Mobile Message can put a timely SMS in front of a client or team member. The result is clearer acknowledgement around onboarding, service work and account activity, with less reliance on someone noticing a new record and remembering to send a message.

Through Zapier, ScalePad can trigger Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. A New Client event can welcome a contact, a New Ticket event can acknowledge a request, and a New Service Contract event can notify a selected group. Contact details can also be added to Mobile Message as new records when the relevant phone number is available.

Each Zap runs in one direction from the selected ScalePad event to the configured Mobile Message action. It does not create a native two-way connection or promise that later changes in ScalePad update Mobile Message automatically. Choose the event, map the fields and set message wording that fits the customer relationship.
