The connection works through Zapier, with SAAM PMS providing the event and Mobile Message sending the text. New Income, New Expense Transaction, and other finance events can also trigger a message where a person genuinely needs an alert, although guest-facing booking communication is usually the clearest use. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run SAAM PMS's Create Debt action when a guest's text identifies an outstanding amount, while Delivery Status Updated can create an income record only where that result suits your accounting process.
