Somebody on the team ends up copying message counts into a spreadsheet before the Monday meeting, because the numbers that matter, how many customers replied, how many messages actually got delivered, live inside Mobile Message and not on the screen everyone is actually watching. Geckoboard exists to put that kind of number on a TV dashboard where the whole team can see it without asking anyone. Zapier is what carries the numbers across.

When an SMS delivery status updates, that event can add a record to a Geckoboard dataset, building a running history of how messages are landing without anyone exporting a report by hand. A customer reply can do the same thing, logged straight into a dataset the moment it happens, or pushed into a number widget so the count on the wall updates on its own.

None of this pulls data back into Mobile Message. The numbers only travel one way, out of Mobile Message and onto the dashboard Geckoboard displays. For a team that already has a TV on the wall running Geckoboard, adding message and reply counts to it means one less manual update standing between what happened and what the room can see.
