Routie SMS Integration

The kind of operator running Routie is usually watching a list grow one name at a time, building an audience from forms, links and pages scattered across a campaign. Every new name in that Audience is a person worth reaching properly, not just logging in a dashboard nobody checks until month end. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a new entry in Audience Users can immediately add that person as a contact in Mobile Message, ready for whatever comes next.

The same trigger can do more than one job at once inside a Zap. When a new user is added to Audience, a second Zap can drop them straight onto a Mobile Message list built for texting that segment, so a welcome text or an update goes out without anyone exporting a CSV first. A third Zap built on the same event can send a personal welcome text the moment someone joins, so the very first thing a new audience member gets from you is a message, not silence.

Routie has no actions of its own to receive information back from Mobile Message, so this connection runs one way, from Audience growth into contact records and texts. That is still enough to turn a list of names into people you can message straight away, all arranged once inside Zapier and left to run.
