Rzilient SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Rzilient!

IT managers using Rzilient may need a clear notification when employee records change, especially when someone is activated or deactivated in the tenant. Rzilient provides actions for creating, activating and deactivating employees, as well as a Clients List trigger that retrieves a list of employees. Used in a Zap, these options can support a practical SMS notification or contact workflow.

Rzilient’s available action steps can be used after a trigger from another app, while Mobile Message can provide the visible result. For example, a Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Rzilient’s Activate Employee or Deactivate Employee action when the incoming text contains the information your workflow expects. A Clients List trigger can also pass employee information to Mobile Message’s Create Contact or Add Contact to List action, where the returned data includes suitable mobile details. This is not a general employee synchronisation service. Each Zap uses one Rzilient item and one Mobile Message item, with the fields you map between them. Select an event that has a clear operational purpose, check the employee identifier and mobile number, and test the action before allowing the workflow to affect live records.
