Routemize SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Routemize!

A new appointment is created while the scheduler is still organising routes and checking the day’s workload. The customer may be expecting confirmation, but a team member can easily miss the booking while moving between planning tasks. A prompt text gives the customer a clear next step and reduces the need for someone to copy details manually.

Routemize can trigger a Zap when an Appointment Created event occurs. It also offers events for an Appointment Cancelled, Appointment Updated or Request Submitted. Mobile Message can send an SMS from these events, so customers can receive a booking acknowledgement or cancellation notice, while staff can be alerted when a request needs attention. Routemize can also create a contact in its system when another workflow needs that record action.

The connection runs through Zapier and is configured around the event you choose. It does not imply that Routemize and Mobile Message continuously update each other. You need accounts for Routemize, Mobile Message and Zapier. Use the appointment fields available in the trigger to personalise each plain text message.
