RecruitBPM SMS Integration

Recruitment teams often have to chase the right person as soon as a candidate, job or placement enters the system. A new candidate can be recorded in RecruitBPM while the consultant is busy elsewhere, and a missed alert can slow the next step. Mobile Message can turn those RecruitBPM events into immediate SMS notifications through Zapier.

Use New Candidate to text a recruiter that an application needs review, or use New Placement to notify a manager that a placement has been created. New Job can also send a message to the team member responsible for filling a role. The SMS can contain the candidate name, job title or placement reference mapped from RecruitBPM.

This is useful for staffing firms that want a clear prompt without asking consultants to keep refreshing an applicant tracking system. Each Zap runs in one direction. RecruitBPM provides the event and Mobile Message sends the text, while any later record changes remain in their original system. You can choose Send SMS for an individual alert, or Send SMS to List when a whole recruitment group should receive the update.
