A candidate who texts back within the hour and later finds that reply already noted against their file gets the impression of a recruiter who never drops the ball, even if nobody was at a desk when the message came in. RECRU already holds every candidate, project and client record you need, and connecting it to Mobile Message through Zapier means a text reply doesn't have to wait for someone to open the system and add it manually.

When a candidate replies to a text, that reply can create a candidate event in RECRU automatically, so the conversation sits in their history exactly where you would look for it later. The same message can also add a tag marking them as responded, which is useful when you are scanning a shortlist and only want to see who has engaged. On the confirmation side, once a text is marked delivered you can have RECRU update the relevant project phase event, so the record shows contact was made even before anyone replies.

None of this changes how RECRU works day to day. It simply means the file updates itself the moment a candidate engages by text, so when you check a project later the history already reflects what happened without you having typed a word.
