Recruiters and hiring managers often run on Recooty while candidates wait for a response. A New Application event can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving an applicant a prompt acknowledgement or telling the hiring team that a new application needs attention. This reduces the manual chase between the applicant list and the next communication.

Application Moved can trigger a message when a candidate reaches another stage or round. That suits interview instructions, progress updates or an internal alert to the hiring team. Job Created can also notify a recruitment group when a new role is ready for activity. Mobile Message can send an SMS to one recipient or to a list, using the Recooty information available to the Zap.

The connection is made through Zapier and does not make Recooty and Mobile Message a native shared hiring record. Recooty continues to manage jobs and applications, while Mobile Message delivers the plain-text notification chosen for each workflow.
