RecallCue SMS Integration

Families looking after an elderly parent or grandparent often rely on RecallCue's connected day clock to keep reminders, photos and messages in one place the person can actually see and understand, even on days when reading a phone screen is too much. Pairing it with Mobile Message through Zapier means a text message can do the job a phone call or a visit used to do, without anyone needing to open an app or learn a new piece of software.

A relative sends a text to schedule a reminder, and RecallCue's Schedule Reminder action drops it straight onto the day clock feed so mum or dad see it at the right time, whether that is a medication prompt or a visit reminder. If a reminder is no longer needed, another text can trigger Delete Reminder to clear it away before it causes confusion. For rostered carers and family groups juggling several people's care, this turns an ordinary habit, sending a text, into a way of keeping a loved one's day organised without anyone needing to be in the same room.
