Notify SMS Integration

Support and operations teams that already route their internal alerts through Notify are the ones who benefit most from linking it to Mobile Message, because a customer conversation happening over text can otherwise sit outside the tools the team checks every day. When a customer texts back or a delivery status changes, that team wants to know inside the same notification stream they already watch on their screens, rather than opening the messaging platform separately to check what happened.

Mobile Message can hand off two of its own events this way, a customer's inbound reply or an updated delivery status, and each one fires a Send Notification action in Notify so the alert appears exactly where the team is already looking. It turns two events that would otherwise stay inside the messaging side into internal alerts nobody has to go digging for, which matters most when a reply needs a fast response or a failed delivery needs someone to follow up before the customer notices.
