That removes the guessing game of wondering whether an announcement or reminder actually reached anyone, because the text arrives on a channel almost everyone still reads. Going the other direction, a reply to a text can be turned into a push notification for your own team, so a message that comes in on Mobile Message doesn't sit unseen until someone happens to check their phone.

A delivery status update from Mobile Message can do the same job when a text fails to send, prompting an advanced push notification to whichever staff member needs to chase it up manually. None of this merges the two platforms into one system, each pairing is its own Zap running through Zapier, but it closes the gap between a push notification nobody saw and a message nobody caught.
