Pushbullet SMS Integration

A customer replies to a text and nobody on the team notices for hours because everyone's attention is on email or somewhere else entirely, sitting in another tab or another room. By the time someone checks, the customer has already given up waiting and called a competitor instead.

Pushbullet only has actions, Send a Note and Send a Link, so it can't start a Zap on its own, but it's well suited to being the last step in one. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, an inbound text reply can push a note straight to a phone or computer the moment it lands, so whoever's closest to a screen sees it first. A text that fails to deliver can push an alert too, so a failed delivery gets noticed and followed up on the same day rather than sitting unseen in a report nobody opens until the end of the week, by which point the moment to call the customer back has passed.
