The message can contain the contact details exposed by Reachr, giving the recipient a clear prompt for a call or personalised outreach. You can also create a Mobile Message contact so the person is ready for later SMS communication.

Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact and Add Contact to List. Reachr has no listed actions, so the useful direction is from Reachr into Mobile Message. Each Zap is configured in Zapier for one event and one result. It does not create a native two-way sync between the platforms.
