A manager may be reviewing the day’s attendance in Railer.com when another staff member checks in. New Attendance can immediately start an SMS from Mobile Message, giving the relevant person a timely confirmation or alert without waiting for someone to export a report. It can also create a Mobile Message contact, so the attendance record leads to a person your team can manage in the messaging platform.

This connection works through Zapier and uses the attendance event that Railer.com provides. Choose Send SMS for a visible message about the check-in, or Create Contact when the person should be added to Mobile Message for later communication. The Zap does not update attendance in both systems or replace Railer.com’s timesheets. It simply turns each selected new attendance record into an action your staff can see and use, reducing the need to monitor attendance screens and enter contact details by hand.
