Qualified.io can report that Assessment Result Submitted event immediately, so the next candidate communication does not depend on someone checking the assessment dashboard. Review Submitted, Candidate Label Added and Candidate State Changed provide further points for timely follow-up.

Through Zapier, a Qualified.io event can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You might text a candidate to confirm that their assessment was received, alert a reviewer when a result is ready, or notify a hiring coordinator when a candidate state changes. The SMS can use the candidate details supplied by Qualified.io and remain focused on the next useful action.

The connection works one way for each Zap. Qualified.io supplies the event and Mobile Message sends the plain text message. It does not update candidate records automatically or provide a native two-way integration. Separate workflows can support different stages of assessment and review.
