Procertif can signal New Certificate Registration or New Certificate Issued, giving training providers and certification teams clear events for customer communication. Mobile Message can turn those events into an SMS or create a contact for follow-up.

A registration message can confirm that a participant has entered the certification process. An issued certificate event can prompt a congratulations message or explain the next administrative step. New Tracking Event can also notify a team member when an activity is launched or closed, helping staff keep an eye on progress without repeatedly checking Procertif.

The connection runs through Zapier. Select the Procertif trigger, map the participant’s mobile number and certificate details, then choose the Mobile Message action. Procertif actions such as Issue a Certificate remain available for separate workflows, while the clearest SMS use is sending messages from registration and issuing events.
