PDQ Connect SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with PDQ Connect!
Use New Device to alert an IT operator when enrolment occurs, New Deployment to notify the deployment team, or Matching Device when a filtered device is found. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Send SMS to List, or Create Contact for a person who should receive alerts. The message can contain the device or deployment fields available from PDQ Connect, so the recipient has useful context rather than a vague notification. The connection is set up through Zapier with mapped fields and a test run.
This suits managed service providers and internal IT teams that need an operational alert outside the PDQ dashboard. It does not deploy packages or alter devices through Mobile Message. Each Zap links one PDQ trigger to one Mobile Message action and runs when that event is detected.

Yes. New Device can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS through Zapier. Add the available device details to the message so the IT operator knows which enrolment needs attention.
Can PDQ deployment alerts go to several technicians?
Yes. Pair New Deployment with Send SMS to List and select the relevant Mobile Message list. This sends the alert to the team when a deployment is created in PDQ Connect.
How is a PDQ Connect SMS workflow set up?
Choose PDQ Connect as the trigger app in Zapier and Mobile Message as the action app. Both accounts are required, but no code is needed. Select an event, map its fields into the SMS and test before enabling the Zap.
