Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with OTASync!

A hotel guest makes, changes or cancels a reservation, and the front desk needs the right information available without chasing another system. OTASync can send Zapier a New, Updated, or Cancelled Reservation event, as well as a New, Updated, or Cancelled Invoice event. Mobile Message can use those events to send an SMS, create a guest contact or add a guest to a list.

A reservation message could confirm the booking, share an arrival reminder or explain that details have changed. A cancellation event can also prompt a clear acknowledgement, while an invoice event can send a payment-related notification based on your process. The message uses the guest and reservation fields available from OTASync, so check that a mobile number is supplied. There are no OTASync actions in the supplied surface, meaning these workflows send information out to Mobile Message only. Setup happens through Zapier with both accounts connected. It is not a native two-way synchronisation, and you should create separate Zaps for the reservation or invoice events you want to act on.
