A booking changes, and the person attending may be relying on the original time in their phone. Cal ID can send Zapier an event when a booking is created, rescheduled or cancelled. Mobile Message can then turn that scheduling event into a plain text update, so customers receive important information without your team composing each message manually.

Use Booking Created to send confirmation details, Booking Rescheduled to tell the attendee about the new time, or Booking Cancelled to explain that the appointment will not proceed.
