Someone finishes an important document, saves it into OneDrive, and then has to stop and separately message everyone who needs to know it exists. A contract gets updated after a client call and the same manual chase happens again, a text or a phone call to make sure the right person actually opens it before a deadline passes.

Connecting OneDrive to Mobile Message through Zapier removes that extra step. When a new file lands in a shared folder, that event can text the team automatically, so nobody has to remember who still needs the heads up. A file that gets updated can trigger the same kind of message to a client, letting them know a contract or a proposal is ready to review. A new folder being created, say for a new project, can text whoever has just been assigned to it.

The connection works the other way too. A reply to a text sent through Mobile Message, or an update on whether a message actually delivered, can be saved into OneDrive as a text file automatically, so there's a record sitting in the same place as the rest of the project without anyone copying and pasting it there by hand.
