OneCal’s booking events can start Zaps that ask Mobile Message to send a plain text SMS at the moment a booking is confirmed, changed, rescheduled or cancelled.

Booking Confirmed is a natural point for an appointment acknowledgement. Booking Changed and Booking Reschedule Confirmed can communicate revised timing, while Booking Cancelled can let the customer know that the original arrangement is no longer active.
