Yes. A Zap can watch for Inbound SMS Received on Mobile Message and fire the Send Notification action in NotiLens, so a reply pushes a real time alert to a phone or a team channel rather than sitting unread in an inbox.

Will NotiLens tell me if a text message doesn't get delivered?

It can. When Mobile Message updates a delivery status, that event can trigger NotiLens to send a notification straight away, so a failed text gets picked up by someone instead of going unnoticed until a customer mentions it.

How do I connect NotiLens and Mobile Message without a developer?
