A resident moves into your building, texts the front desk their name and unit number, and from that moment on every parcel that arrives for them triggers a notification without anyone in the mailroom typing their details into Notifii by hand.

Connect Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to Notifii's Add/Update Recipient action, so that a text from a resident either adds them as a new recipient or updates their existing details if they've already been added before. The same reply can correct a typo in a unit number or add a new mobile number after someone changes phones, keeping the mailroom's recipient list current without a front desk visit.

For a corporate mailroom or apartment office handling constant move ins and move outs, this turns a single incoming text into an accurate, current recipient record, so package alerts go to the right person from the day they text in rather than after someone gets around to updating a spreadsheet.
