Lanteria HR SMS Integration

HR teams can spend too much time chasing changes that should already be visible. An employee record is created or salary details are modified, but the people who need to act may not see the update until later. Manual alerts create another task and can leave payroll or managers working from old information.

With Zapier, Lanteria HR can trigger Mobile Message when an employee is created or modified, or when employee salary details are created or modified. Send an SMS to an authorised manager or payroll contact, create a Mobile Message contact for a new employee, or add a person to a relevant Mobile Message list. The message can identify the employee and the required follow-up using the data available in the Lanteria event.

This connection is suited to HR operations where a prompt notification matters. It does not edit Lanteria records from Mobile Message, and it does not create a two-way employee sync. Each Zap responds to a selected Lanteria HR event with one Mobile Message action. Apply your own access controls and message wording, especially when salary information is involved, and keep sensitive details out of plain-text SMS.
