Recruiters often have to chase candidates or hiring managers after a pipeline change, especially when an application is rejected, an offer is accepted, or a candidate is hired. Kula can trigger a Zap for those events and for New Application, Application Stage Changed, or New Offer Created. Mobile Message can then send a carefully worded SMS to a candidate or internal recruiter while the update is current.

A new application can prompt a confirmation that the application was received, while Candidate Hired can alert an internal team member about the result. Offer Accepted can support a short next-step message, subject to your recruitment process and candidate consent. Kula's Create Candidate action can also be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger, allowing a text from a candidate or recruiter to create a candidate record when the necessary details are provided. These are separate Zaps, not a shared ATS and SMS record.
