A delivery status update, such as a message that failed to reach someone, can post to the same room too, so a stuck message gets picked up instead of sitting unnoticed in a queue.

No one has to keep checking two separate systems or ask a colleague to forward what came in. The reply and the room stay lined up on their own, and the crew keeps working from Kraaft while Mobile Message keeps handling the actual texting.
