A guest joins the workspace network, or a new member is created in isofy, and staff need that person recorded and welcomed without another administrative task. Instead of copying details between the network dashboard and Mobile Message, you can let a selected isofy event start a Zapier action.

New Guest and New Member are the clearest starting points for customer-facing messages. Each can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS to share access guidance or a welcome note. If you want a new member available for later campaigns, New Member can instead trigger Create Contact. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also run isofy’s Add Member action when a suitable process begins with a text from a person. These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a native two-way integration. You decide which fields are passed, which message is sent and which isofy action runs. The setup helps staff notice important additions while keeping the workflow defined and controlled.
