A candidate has completed an interview and the hiring team needs to know what happens next. InterviewFlowAI can send Interview Completed or Interview Report Available events when screening activity and recommendations are ready. Mobile Message can then text a recruiter, hiring manager or candidate contact through Zapier, so important hiring work does not wait for someone to check the platform.

Use Candidate Created to alert a recruiter that a new applicant needs screening, or Interview Report Available to notify the person reviewing scores and recommendations. Interview Declined can also send a team alert when a candidate is no longer progressing. Include the candidate name, role and relevant status fields in the SMS where available.

These workflows create clear prompts around the recruitment process. InterviewFlowAI starts the Zap, while Mobile Message sends the plain text notification. The connection does not change a candidate inside InterviewFlowAI unless you separately configure one of its actions, such as Invite Candidate or Shortlist Candidate, as an action in another Zap. It is not a native two-way sync.
