Hurma SMS Integration

A new candidate enters the hiring pipeline, but the recruiter is handling several roles at once. Hurma can trigger an SMS when a candidate, employee or job opening is created, helping the right person act while the information is current.

New Candidate can send a prompt to a recruiter, while New Employee can notify an HR manager that onboarding needs to begin. New Job Opening can alert a hiring team when a role is ready for attention. Through Zapier, these Hurma events trigger Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. You can map the available name, mobile number and role details into the selected action.

This connection helps HR teams reduce manual forwarding around recruiting and employee administration. Mobile Message can hold or message the contact, while Hurma remains the source of candidate, employee and job opening events. Configure each workflow separately and choose whether the result should be a text, a new contact or a list placement. No automatic record synchronisation is created.
