Use Candidate Added for an acknowledgement, Video Interview Assigned for an interview invitation, or Assessment Stage Completed for an update after evaluation. The text can include the candidate’s name, timing, and practical instructions where those fields are available. This gives applicants a prompt, plain text touchpoint without asking a recruiter to copy details into every message.
Gappeo AI also provides Create Candidate and several stage assignment actions. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start one of those actions when a candidate texts your number and supplies the required information.
