A customer's SMS reply shows up in the team's Flock channel within seconds, and whoever is on shift can see it without switching away from the app they are already working in. Flock is where the conversation happens for teams who would rather message each other than send another email, and Mobile Message is where the customer's text lands first. Zapier connects the two so replies do not sit unseen in one place while the team works in another.

When a customer replies by SMS, that reply can post straight to a Flock channel or land as a direct message to the person responsible for it, and the same thing can happen when an SMS delivery status updates, keeping the team aware of what got through and what did not.
