Flatwork ATS organises the hiring pipeline, but a timely SMS can make sure a promising application or stage change is seen promptly. Through Zapier, New Candidate Application, New Candidate Stage or New Lead Talent Pool can start a Mobile Message action, giving your team a practical way to notify a recruiter or candidate.

Recruitment teams can text an internal owner when an application arrives, create a Mobile Message contact for a candidate, or add candidates to a list for a carefully planned update. New Candidate Comment and New Candidate Evaluation can also signal that a review needs attention. These workflows do not create a native two-way connection.
