A ticket is acquired, transferred or sold in Evnttz while the event team is busy preparing the venue, answering guests or checking admissions. If nobody notices the event notification, an important attendee or order update can wait until much later. A Zap can turn New Event notifications into a Mobile Message alert for the person or group managing the event.

Use Send SMS to notify an event organiser about a ticket activity, Send SMS to List to alert the admissions team, or Create Contact when a new attendee’s details should be recorded in Mobile Message. You can include the fields supplied by Evnttz, such as the event notification details and available contact information. The connection runs through Zapier, where you select the Evnttz trigger, map the values and test the chosen Mobile Message action.

This is useful for event operators who need a prompt outside the ticketing platform, especially when transfers or sales require quick attention. It does not manage tickets or synchronise attendee data. One Evnttz event starts one Mobile Message action in each Zap.
